| Mô tả công việc: | As a Team Leader, you will: - Join as senior developer in software development projects - Analyze business requirements, design and implement highly scalable and flexible web applications using modern best of breed technologies - Review source code As a Project Manager, you will: - Manage software development project activities, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and maintain our quality controls by resolving blocking points and dependencies - Tracks project statuses and manages project issues and risks - Act as contact point between the team and Japanese client - Continuously evaluate and communicate status of ongoing projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks, manage expectations if needed - Collaborate effectively with project team members, as well as other project stakeholders. - Report to GM |
| Yêu cầu công việc: | - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. Doctorate’s degree is a plus - Good communication skills in Japanese - 5 year of software development experience - Excellent management skills.
