| Mô tả công việc: | Work place: District 1 - Help manager to draw business strategy - Make annual business plan and gross-profit plans, analyzing trends and results following with business plan - Achieve/ exceed sales targets as assigned - Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas - Implements sales programs by developing sales business plans - Be responsible for leading sales team with about 100 people - Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees - Prepare professional sale and coordinating said sale plan with marketing team to ensure it is implemented successfully |
| Yêu cầu công việc: | - Female/Male, age: 30-45 years old - University Degree/ Master in Business/ Sales/ HR/ Recruitment - Minimum 10++ years experience and 5++ years experience in manager/director position ★ Experience managing company with 200-300 staffs - Deep understanding of sales/ management staff - Strong interpersonal/ Communication/ Negotiation Skills |
