| Mô tả công việc: | Japanese company in real estate development (serviced apartments, hotel). - Assist the General Manager (GM) in his day to day operations, assigning duties to Head of Departments and observer performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures - Welcome guests during check-in and giving a found farewell to guest while checkout. - Ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest; - Collect, analyze customer feedback during guest departure and report to the GM; - Handle guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner; - Co-working with Front Office and Sales Team in order to provide excellent customer service and assure customer satisfaction; - Co-ordinate with housekeeping to assure rooms ready to all arriving guests; - Build strong working relationships and communications with hotel staff, Head of departments to ensure maximum operating effectiveness and fulfilment; - All other duties as assigned by the GM |
